Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Position Summary:

This is a hands-on opportunity where your work directly contributes to the success of global supply chains. No prior warehouse experience? No problem-we provide the training, support, and long-term potential to help you thrive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack, seal, and label products to customer specifications
• Load, unload, move, and sort cartons or pallets in and out of trailers
• Accurately pick and prepare sales orders with a 99% accuracy rate
• Receive and store purchase orders with precision
• Read and interpret shipment summaries, packing lists, and related documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Meet performance benchmarks: 90%+ to standard with 80%+ measured activity
