Join Our Team as an OB Scrub Technologist!

Are you a detail-oriented, high-performing professional with a passion for surgical excellence? We're seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our fast-paced and collaborative surgical team. In this critical role, you will directly impact patient outcomes by ensuring safe and seamless surgical experiences.

What You'll Do:

Gather, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.

Ensure strict adherence to surgical asepsis to promote patient safety.

Anticipate the surgeon's needs with precision and efficiency in the OR.

Scrub in on a wide range of surgical procedures, adapting quickly to varied and changing situations.

Collaborate closely with the surgical team in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from a CAAHEP-accredited program.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - must be maintained throughout employment.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 125 lbs, and standing for extended periods (including wearing a 10 lb. lead apron).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to adapt under pressure, manage time effectively, and work independently in dynamic settings.
