The Manager of Clinical Education is a driving force on the Clinical Education and Training department on the Clinical Enterprise Team. This role leads core training program development for specific a specific modality or focus area for the Village as well as oversees the daily operations and delivery for their programs across the Village.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the management of faculty educators delivering education program content including creating and maintaining faculty schedules

  • Drives the process, creativity & innovation of the clinical content specific to select training program(s)

  • Creates, implements, communicates and oversees education program projects and timelines including learning management system content and teammate facing education materials. Works with content experts to review and/or edit material.

  • Collaborates with other teams, resources, and stakeholders (internal and external) to develop, coordinate and execute strategic education program delivery through a variety of content formats to effectively partner with various departments/teams.

  • Summarizes progress of project activities to ensure on-time and in budget completion of projects and initiatives

  • Creation and maintenance of strategic internal relationships and communication to help drive program growth

  • Provides strategic planning, development and coordination of education program initiatives to drive team and program growth.

  • Creates requested analysis, reports and presentations

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience required

  • Current RN License preferred

  • Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Case Management preferred

  • Master's degree in education, business, or related field preferred

  • Demonstrated expertise in effectively teaching adult learners with different learning styles required

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; Advance proficiency in a Learning Management System (LMS) required

  • Active member of training and development professional organizations (e.g. ATD, Training Magazine) preferred

  • Demonstrated expertise in organizing and speaking at large corporate meetings preferred

  • Proficiency in a Learning Management System (e.g. Cornerstone on Demand) preferred

  • Clinical experience in nephrology nursing or care management preferred

  • 0-15% travel required

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,000.00-$121,000.00 / year
