Job Summary:
We are seeking a Power BI Analyst to support our engineering and operations teams within the aerospace sector. This role will focus on building dynamic dashboards, automating reporting processes, and providing data-driven insights to support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data into actionable strategies that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support engineering and operations decision-making
*Integrate and model data from multiple systems using Power Query, SharePoint, Excel, and other data sources
*Drive automation of recurring reports and performance tracking tools
*Support KPI development and reporting across quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams
*Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
*Deliver compelling data stories and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to leadership

Required Qualifications:
*Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data modeling
*Proficiency in Power Query, Excel (pivot tables, lookups), and SharePoint
*Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, or quality operations in an aerospace or industrial setting
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process optimization
*Proven ability to collaborate across functions and translate business needs into technical solutions
*Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience supporting continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence teams
*Exposure to data warehouse concepts or SQL
*Master"s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field
*Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing environments
