What Acara has to offer:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Onsite Account Manager to oversee Acara's staffing operations at a client site. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of staffing - including recruitment, employee management, supplier relations, and customer satisfaction - while ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. As the primary point of contact for the client and contract employees, you will play a vital role in service delivery, workforce management, and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a customer service and staffing plan aligned with contract terms, client expectations, and company standards.
  • Recruit, screen, hire, and manage a team of on-site contract/temporary employees.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to promote customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions including personnel administration, payroll, billing, reporting, and quality compliance activities.
  • Manage interactions with associate suppliers, including selection, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security programs and external customer regulations (if applicable).
  • Track and meet key performance metrics and benchmarks as defined by the Company.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on staffing activities, financials, and operational issues to both the client and corporate leadership.
  • Administer Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass; manage job requisitions, candidate submissions, and documentation requirements.
  • Regularly engage with contractors to support retention, satisfaction, and performance goals.
  • Handle contractor lifecycle processes including orientation, assignment changes, and terminations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Submit periodic reports to management as requested
  • Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of Human Resources, Recruiting or Staffing, with a solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS); Fieldglass experience highly preferred.

  • This role operates in a modern, hybrid work environment, utilizing technology such as laptops, video conferencing tools, cloud-based applications, and collaborative platforms. Flexibility for remote work is supported, while in-office settings may still involve the use of standard office equipment like computers, telephones, and printers.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While carrying out job duties, the employee must regularly be able to speak clearly and hear effectively to communicate with others. The role also frequently requires standing, walking, using hands for fine motor tasks, and reaching with arms.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required to represent the company, based on business needs.
