The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. PMP or PMI certification. Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience Hybrid Schedule Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr; depending on experience What You'll Be Doing: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and timelines. Prioritize features and initiatives based on value and impact. Translate customer needs and requirements into detailed product specifications. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure requirements are clear and achievable What You Need to Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. PMP or PMI certification. Proven project management experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. People management and team building skills. Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities. Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization. Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions. Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment. Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience Bonus Points!
