Vice President, Commercial Offers

With over 40 years in market research, Dynata is launching a new business unit, Offers, and is seeking an experienced commercial leader in performance media to drive revenue and business growth. This results-driven leader will focus on ad sales and strategic partnerships, monetizing our 70M-

member global database beyond surveys-via incentivized ads, game downloads, online purchases, cash-back, receipt scans, and more. The ideal candidate is a seasoned business executive with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, including resources across business development, account management, and analytics, and who can leverage their experience to quickly accelerate success in this new venture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, lead and manage a team responsible for sales, account management, and yield management. Provide mentorship to employees while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Drive business development and sales efforts by successfully positioning our performance marketing solution to brands and programmatic agencies. Secure strategic partnerships and contracts with top-tier companies to scale growth objectives.

  • Serve as a primary liaison with the Product team to enhance offerings that align with advertiser needs. Stay informed on competitive landscape, including product offerings, to ensure strategic alignment and driving team success.

  • Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities to optimize business performance. Use data to drive prioritization of key achievements that unlock revenue.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or related roles within the digital media and demand generation landscape.

  • 5+ years of experience of commercial strategy and proven track record of scaling revenue through ad sales and partnerships.

  • Deep expertise in creating and cultivating strategic partnerships; ad sales and/or paid media platforms.

  • Confidently present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to leadership, backed by data and a strong, well-articulated point of view.

  • Analytical; strong at managing performance dashboards, optimization efforts and revenue forecasts.

  • Owner's mentality and entrepreneurial spirit.

Specialized Skills:

  • Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation), organizational, and intrapersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including people development/coaching, objective setting and measurement skills.

  • Demonstrates competence in key areas of management and leadership expertise including; relationship management, communication, staff direction and motivation, financial planning and control, quality management, risk management, and the achievement of targets.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and problem solve.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Deliver against revenue targets.

The base salary range for this position in is $200K-$250K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
