Job description

The Global Category Director - Collagen will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of Rousselot's collagen category. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing category strategies, and ensuring the successful commercialization of collagen products

Develop strategic direction to ensure long term growth

* Develop and implement global category strategies for collagen, aligned with Rousselot's overall business objectives

* Develop pricing strategies and provide pricing guidance to ensure competitive positioning and profitability

* Formulate and execute growth strategies for the collagen product line, focusing on market expansion and customer acquisition

* Lead marketing promotion efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content creation

* Drive sustainability initiatives within the collagen category, ensuring alignment with

Rousselot's sustainability goals

* Annual Strategic plan/update and execution

* Updated & executed marketing & communication plan

* Drive CSRD initiatives to contribute to Rousselot's sustainability goals

Product leadership, innovation, data and science

* Provide product management expertise, including overseeing the product lifecycle from development to market launch

* Collaborate with regional teams
