Job DescriptionTHE ROLE: Manager, Audience Innovation is a dynamic, revenue-focused role supporting the growth and success of A+E Networks' Precision + Performance data-driven ad sales solutions. This position plays a key part in prioritizing audience-based sales strategies, optimizing revenue opportunities, and supporting the sales team in delivering data-driven advertising solutions to clients. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Research, and external partners to develop audience-driven sales opportunities, manage precision pricing strategies, and support revenue tracking. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-led mindset and the ability to drive business forward in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key driver in A+E Networks' data-driven ad sales growth, working alongside a high-performing team to deliver innovative audience-based advertising solutions that generate real business outcomes.
