JOB TITLE: ServiceNow Platform Owner

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the strategic global vision, roadmap, and overall health of the ServiceNow platform within the enterprise, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  • Supports creating the overall global roadmap and shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption
  • Ensures platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policies
  • Has ownership and oversight of the ServiceNow instances, the core platform team, and any escalations
  • Maximizes value by identifying additional business outcomes the platform allows
  • Presides over the technical governance board and is involved in all governance components
  • Presides over design configuration decisions to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with the platform design strategy



MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education



  • Bachelor's degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.



Experience



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with ServiceNow in a lead technical role



Skills



  • Requires in-depth understanding of ITSM processes, technology and methods applicable to platform management
  • Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate attention to end goal
  • Good communication skills with the ability to detail technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, plan and execute projects with little supervision
  • Ability to build and present solutions to senior management
  • Collaboration-minded and able to work constructively toward common goals
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and design solutions that foremost address the business need
  • Strong background in developing and maintaining effective internal IT processes
  • Demonstrated success in leading large initiatives within budget and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in vendor relations and negotiations
  • Demonstrates ability to understand processes and design solutions that align the business goals
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing



Certificates, Licenses, Registrations



  • ServiceNow certifications or equivalent industry experience



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, traverse, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.



Target Pay Range:$143,600.00to$179,500.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data

Target Bonus on Base:15.0%
