In the summer of 2025, we will be bringing together teams from Ridgefield Park, NJ into their future headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This change will impact all contractor staff assigned to Ridgefield Park work locations.

Summary:

The Marketing Manager role will be a subject matter expert leading the day-to-day work in the Home Entertainment (HE) - Integrated Marketing (IM) division, which supports TV, Audio, and Memory business, reporting to the Director - Digital. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building relationships with cross-functional teams and agencies, responsible for planning and implementing best-in-class strategy with a focus on organic growth. This position is part of a fast-paced, dynamic digital team responsible for a growing business. The Manager should have a vision and "big picture" thinking to identify new opportunities throughout the consumer journey to grow awareness, engagement, and conversion, while also having strong attention to detail. Ability to manage internal stakeholders across the organization, and agility to influence and collaborate across other vertical teams in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the strategy and execution across the Consumer Decision Journey on our website for the Audio and Memory category.

* Manage Audio and Memory marketing activities on our website including the strategy/development of local marketing pages, the localization of globally developed product/marketing pages, and the optimization of the user experience.

* Help develop and execute an integrated digital advertising strategy across key digital touchpoints, to ensure communication of key promotions and other.com initiatives

* Brief and optimize SEM and SEO efforts

* Lead strategic promotions work streams for our website to drive sell-through. Provide and prepare presentations for regular executive share-out.

* Develop clear, concise briefs for creative agency, drive timelines for asset development, and lead internal reviews with key stakeholders.

* Work with the performance analytics team to identify and lead the real-time optimization of marketing across our website.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of directly related experience is required

* Experience in SAP ERP preferred

* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Self-starter, able to add value without specific direction
