Job Duties: Associate, Matching, Shaping, Allocation with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Actively manage risk, and profit and loss (P&L) for all client's equity derivative trading accounts. Timely allocate a high number of synthetic trades and associated hedges across a number of flows and resolve any resulting economic breaks. Handle incoming queries from clients, custodians, PB, sales, trading desks and other internal stakeholders. Work on trade reconciliation, risk reconciliation, and completion of tasks associated with control around the business. Identify areas of improvement in processes. Document procedures and process flows to enhance controls around the business. Review daily of control reports to ensure all trade bookings and risk management is accurate. Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in job offered or a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master's degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) with: working with the overall trade booking lifecycle including Pre-Trade, Trade Execution, Trade Clearing, Trade Settlement, and the final stage of Position and Risk Management; risk frameworks including trade and risk reconciliation; advanced Microsoft Excel including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas; and business analytics tools including Tableau or Alteryx.
