Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer supporting a high-priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC). Located at Lackland AFB, this division delivers full-spectrum life cycle support for Information Assurance and cybersecurity systems critical to Air Force and national defense missions. In this role, you will provide comprehensive systems engineering expertise across acquisition, development, testing, sustainment, and operations to ensure mission assurance through secure and resilient cyber capabilities. Responsibilities In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter. Duties include, but not limited to:
Conduct technical reviews and analysis of program portfolios, recommending alternative plans, process improvements, and performance enhancements. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance Education: BA/BS and 15 years of experience in systems engineering (minimum 5 years in DoD), OR
Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Education: Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field Technical Skills
