Overview Abacus Technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead software development, system deployments, and IT infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with Army IT service management standards at Fort Bragg. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an IT project plan that communicates tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
Qualifications 6+ years experience in IT project management, system implementation, and software development coordination. Bachelor's degree in a related field desired. Must be PMP certified. Must be Security+ certified (or hold an equivalent certification in compliance with IAT Level II). Must hold the following BISCI certifications: Technician (TECH) and Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM). BICSI Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification desired. ITIL Foundations certification desired. Experience leading teams and managing IT projects within a DoD/Army environment. Proficient in software life-cycle methodologies, ITSM, and system development best practices. Experience developing test plans, managing system releases, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance (QA) standards. Strong leadership skills to support site management and IT service delivery. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or DoD project management frameworks. Familiar with ITSM tools, Army RMF guidelines, and DISA STIG compliance. Must have strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage mission-critical IT services and personnel. Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
