As the CNS Domain Delivery Lead for Autonomous Networks at Nokia, you will spearhead the execution of our Domain Delivery Unit (DDU) across Services and Care, directly influencing our market's success.   • Drive the successful delivery of Domain S&C Unit's deliverables across Services and Care, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Lead a team of DDU-Delivery Managers, fostering collaboration and optimizing resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor project timelines, cost baselines, and quality metrics, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, facilitating timely resolutions and communication with Market Services leaders.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential revenue impacts and enhance project profitability.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery and minimizing contractual quality issues across projects.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to support pre-sales, project planning, and readiness assessments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the delivery team.
  • Project Adherence to project cost baseline and contracted schedule for all DDU projects in the market.
  • Project key Milestone achievements
  • Control and minimizing customer critical issues/escalations to Senior leadership.
  • Customer satisfaction and Project satisfaction Score for all projects in the market.
  • Demand planning accuracy and fulfilment for all DDU projects in the market.
  • Market Services Leadership
  • S&C DDUs and DDU Leadership (CDS and CDC)
  • DDU project delivery roles
  • P&E R&D domain leaders (as needed)
  • Customer mgmt. support towards P&E upon request from Market Services
  • Extensive leadership experience in business management, particularly in Autonomous Networks projects.
  • In-depth technical delivery knowledge of either Autonomous networks or digital, analytics and security is key and domain products, Nokia's portfolio, and the telecommunications business environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering profitable project outcomes.
  • Exceptional people management skills with a focus on coaching, inclusion, and team empowerment.
  • Proficiency in managing complex project delivery with attention to quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
