Under minimal direction, acts as department lead in performing duties necessary to the delivery of best practice HR strategies and programs within their area of expertise. Operating collaboratively in a highly autonomous role, this role will partner with executive leadership (SVP, VP, etc) to craft compelling narratives and drive strategic engagement plans that align with the vision, strategies, and culture of both the projects assigned, and the organization as a whole. The ideal candidate is a masterful storyteller with a strong design sense, capable of distilling intricate ideas into clear, persuasive messages tailored for diverse audiences. They will drive strategic engagement planning, ensuring messaging creates a strong narrative, aligned with project priorities, and effectively delivered across multiple media channels. Leverages engagement research and data to inform development of engagement strategies, maximizing the impact of messaging and choice of media channels. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Bachelor's degree in digital media, graphic design, web design, communications, journalism, business, public relations or a related field preferred. Minimum Experience Six (6) years' experience in developing internal and/or external engagement strategies with a minimum of two (2) years leading strategic engagement planning for corporate initiatives particularly in transformation or change management. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors.
