Job Summary As a District Manager, you will oversee 10-12 accounts across New York City, Connecticut, and New Jersey. You will lead and manage a team of Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services to ensure the highest quality of food service while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires you to balance strategic leadership, financial management, and customer satisfaction to ensure success across all accounts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and account growth. Monitor financial performance across accounts to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. Manage regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Support new business development and retention initiatives. Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 5-7 years of multi-unit foodservice management experience. Strong leadership, client relations, and communication skills. Demonstrated financial management and budgeting expertise. Experience managing strategic or large-scale accounts preferred. Apply to CulinArt today!
