Harm Reduction Case Manager
The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) is seeking a Case Manager for a full-time (40-hour week) position in the Champaign office to provide Harm Reduction services.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing syringe exchange, overdose prevention and community outreach.
Additional Responsibilities include:
* HIV and Hepatitis C testing (including phlebotomy) in-house and at outreach sites, including the CUPHD mobile program, bar outreach, jail, methadone clinic and other outreach sites as determined.
* Evening and weekend hours will be expected.
* Other assignments will be given as needed to support the teen and adult services team.
Requirements:
* Two (2) years of professional work-related experience.
* Or graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in human services, or a closely related field, is required.
* Persons with lived experience will be prioritized.
* Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.

The expected annual starting salary is $51,525 Full annual salary for a Class 6 Case Manager is $51,525 - $69,559 for a 40-hour week.
