How You'll Contribute to the Team: The Community Leasing Manager is responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that achieve and maintain occupancy targets and revenue goals. This role is expected to lead by example and take a hands-on approach to the day-to-day management of onsite leasing operations. Primary Responsibilities Include: * Provide onsite leadership, support, and training to the Community Leasing Associates at the assigned installation. Role Specific Requirements Include: * 5+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in residential property management with a focus on leasing or marketing. A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role required. Competencies: Customer Focus - Prioritizes and takes action on the needs of both internal and external customers. Exceptional Benefits for Exceptional Team Members The salary range for this position is estimated to be $85,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location. This position is eligible for a discretionary target incentive of up to 15% of the base salary.
