What You'll Do
  • Partner with site leadership to address people issues and develop business solutions
  • Assist with investigations and formulate proper responses to government, legal, or internally reported employee relations issues
  • Oversee implementation of CMC programs to comply with various governmental regulations dealing with EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA and other related Federal & State laws
  • Develop and manage relationships with local schools and communities to identify opportunities to participate in job fairs, career days, etc.
  • Oversee recruiting process to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with EEO, FCC and Affirmative Action
  • Ensure positive employee relations and build the CMC culture based on our Guiding Principles
  • Partner with Leave of Absence team to ensure compliance with ADA and FMLA; communicate with employees regarding leaves of absence
  • Perform other related HR or administrative duties as required
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years work experience required in human resources. This could include a combination of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, or labor relations
  • Strong employee relations experience including conducting investigations
  • Previous experience and/or knowledge in manufacturing or construction environment
  • Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, Workers Compensation, DOL, E-Verify, and other related Federal & State laws required
  • Ability to work a schedule outside of normal business hours as needed to support a 24/7 operation
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required
