*Description*
Under general direction from the Warranty Supervisor, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, the role is responsible for ensuring all returns are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. - Disposition return authorization: * Verify all required documents are included with the product * Verify product within warranty * Verify product has warrantable defect * Match product to receipt and to return authorization - Process return authorization in system and report issues in system: * Record product data * Record shipping data * Responsible for the cardboard recycling/bundling machine operations * Responsible for product destruction * Goal is to process all returns within 24 hours *Skills & Qualifications* Must Haves: -Computer Entry skills -1-3 years of experience with order entry -High School Diploma or equivalent Nice-to-Haves: -ERP software experience -Knowledge of baseball or sports equipment -Warranty Claims experience Soft Skills: -Builds collaborative environment -Effective Communicator -Organized in prioritizing tasks *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
