Description: We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator who will oversee the process when it comes to installation of the new circuits across the company's site locations in NJ. * Position is a hybrid role that does require traveling to the various site locations across NJ as needed. Job Duties: * Manage the installation of new circuits at Ambulatory locations throughout NJ * Will be engaging with ISP carriers (Verizon/Comcast/Crown Castle/etc). * Working with the carriers on the installation of new circuits at the locations. * Meet with the carriers at the site and perform site surveys. * Work with site contacts to get access to the Dmarc room and coordinate with landlord. * Schedule circuit install with carrier. * Pass ticket along to the network team so they can complete the installation and manage the entire process. * Coordinate with the Network team to close out the ticket once complete. * Manage and oversee tickets in ServiceNow throughout the process. Top Skills Details: * Experience working with ISP carriers/coordinating with them * Experience and understanding of circuits and circuit installation * Site surveying * Project coordination and process workflow * Ability to travel to site locations throughout NJ Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
