*Responsibilities:* *Client Interaction: *You'll engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, understanding their tax challenges and showcasing the benefits of our tax relief services. Your ability to connect with clients and make a difference in their lives will be at the heart of your role. *Sales Process: *Utilize your consultative sales skills to qualify leads, explain our tax relief programs, and close sales effectively. Your knack for listening and understanding clients' needs will be key to your success. *Relationship Management:* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Your efforts will help create loyal customers who trust our services. *Documentation:* Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Attention to detail is crucial to maintaining organized and up-to-date information. *Collaboration: *Work closely with tax professionals and other team members to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients. Your teamwork will ensure clients receive the best possible service. *Skills:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and proficiency with CRM software. Your ability to connect with clients and manage multiple tasks will set you apart. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in sales or tax-related fields are a plus. Your enthusiasm and drive will make you a perfect fit for our team. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Closing Sales: Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets. * Outbound Calls: Experience with outbound calling and lead generation. * Tax Relief: Knowledge of tax relief programs and solutions. * CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customized CRM logics. * Communication: Strong phone communication skills. * Multitasking: Ability to multitask seamlessly. * Tech-Savvy: Basic experience in Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software. * Motivation: Highly motivated, self-starting individuals with a money-making mindset. * Availability: Availability for an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (In-Office position). *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $40000.00/yr. Health Insurance (4 packages) 401, paid time off & sick leave. *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Costa Mesa,CA. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on May 6, 2025.
