Overview:

Responsible for the development and implementation of annual fund raising marketing, public relations and communications plans, projects, and special events that build the Foundation's image and support the Foundation's strategic and marketing goals. Furthers the efforts of the Foundation's grateful patient program through in-hospital patient visitation and donor contact, as necessary. This position must have the ability to self-manage and lead projects from conception to completion. Excellent writing and communication skills required. Serves as backup for the accounting, tracking, acknowledging, recognizing, recording, and receipting of donor information and transactions for Sentara Health Foundation. Education: Bachelors Degree Required 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Experience with donor management software preferred.
