Location: Plymouth, MI

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $146,000.00

Summary:

This global role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition, mobility, and internal communications strategies across the Americas during a period of business transformation. You will lead efforts to attract top talent, ensure seamless employee mobility, foster effective communication within the organization. The role demands a strategic mindset to navigate the complexities of a global workforce.

Key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:



  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent and build a robust talent pipeline.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.


  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.


  • Establish and nurture partnerships with organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to enhance outreach to underrepresented talent pools.


  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations in all recruitment and hiring practices globally.




Mobility:



  • Oversee employee mobility programs, including immigration processes and relocation support.


  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations while facilitating smooth transitions for employees.


  • Partner with HR and legal teams to address mobility challenges and enhance employee experience.




Internal Communications:



  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to align employees with organizational goals.


  • Promote core values and purpose across all talent acquisition, mobility, and communication initiatives.


  • Foster transparency and engagement through effective communication channels and initiatives.


  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver key messages during business transformation.





Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


  • 5-10 years of related experience in talent acquisition, mobility, or internal communications roles.


  • Proven expertise in immigration processes and employee mobility. Strong leadership and project management skills.




Preferred:



  • Global experience in managing talent acquisition and mobility programs.


  • Familiarity with business transformation initiatives.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
