Part-Time Lecturer of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering
Apply Viterbi School of Engineering Faculty Los Angeles, California The Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering (http://ame.usc.edu) of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering (http://viterbi.usc.edu) invites applications for qualified and experienced part-time faculty to teach courseswithin the Department in the areas of computational fluid dynamics, flight dynamics, and engineering design. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in Aerospace and/or Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent in a relevant field. Candidates must show a commitment to quality instruction, preferably through prior experience in teaching these or closely related classes. This is a part-time appointment effective Fall 2025, starting August 16, 2025. Applicants must submit a letter stating their interest in a part-time teaching faculty position, a detailed curriculum vitae, and the names and contact information of three professional/teaching references. The per unit pay range for this position is $3,476.80 - $3,778.44.
