Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead HR Analyst with a strong background in compensation, equity administration, and HR processes. This role involves overseeing equity and compensation programs, optimizing HR operations, conducting workforce research and analysis, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equity plans, including ESPP and stock-based compensation.
  • Develop and implement CD&A and PVP reports; assist with CEO pay and proxy statements.
  • Administer performance management, merit, and goal setting in Workday.
  • Create complex data models and ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Analyze industry benchmarks, determine trends, and prepare cost analyses.
  • Optimize workforce utilization and productivity.
  • Develop and manage rewards and recognition programs.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions.
  • Develop competitive salary ranges aligned with market data and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to drive strategy and implement improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in HR operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analysis, compensation, and equity administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compensation tools, and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration and HR reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
