Develops spiritual assessments and coordinates the provision of spiritual care across Johns Hopkins. Works as a critical department member, taking the lead in various duties and services, and supports the CPE program as a clinical mentor. Education: Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completing a Master of Divinity degree accredited by the Association of Theological Schools and a minimum of 4 units of ACPE-accredited CPE training. Work Experience: Requires at least one year of professional spiritual ministry in a clinical setting Licensure/Certification: Requires current ordination and endorsement for specialized ministry from a nationally recognized religious community. ***Authorization to Work in the United States:Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range: Minimum $23.00/hour - Maximum $37.97/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
