The role involves coordinating project activities with the PMO team to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Key responsibilities include driving project success through timely task completion, overseeing billing and invoicing, and managing documentation to ensure compliance and accessibility. The position requires actively participating in meetings, capturing minutes, and tracking action items. Additionally, it involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project effectiveness and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Overall, the role emphasizes accountability, reliability, and integrity in project management, contributing to a culture of excellence within the team

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Mandatory: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a project-based environment.
Financial Management Training: Coursework or certification in financial management or accounting can enhance oversight capabilities regarding project budgets
Desirable:
Master's Degree (optional): A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant specialty may be preferred for advanced positions.
Communication Skills Development: Training in effective communication and stakeholder engagement may be advantageous.
