You will support the Clinical Diagnostics team in the oversight and management of operational aspects of ongoing projects and other relevant department initiatives, acting as a liaison between the project management team, core team, and functional management. You will review project statuses and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare comprehensive status reports. Also you will identify and resolve project issues to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project outcomes.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Independently leads execution of activities related to one or more projects of simple scope, or sub-projects.
  • Actively and independently outlines tasks/deliverables required for assigned area.
  • Outlines optimum tactical approach for completion of assigned area. Reviews with project manager for execution approval.
  • Owns and actively provides the Project Managers with data to aid determination of project schedule and budget throughout the project.
  • Creates and actively manages spreadsheets and charts used to track and monitor project progress.
  • Actively owns and reports on tasks assigned by the project manager to drive to completion.
  • May oversee administrative staff, responsible for training staff and developing team members where appropriate.


What You Bring:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Smartsheet, Concerto, and/or ResultWare knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings related to areas of assigned scope and resolve problems. Escalates more significant conflict to the Manager or Portfolio Leader.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills including data collection and synthesis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant technology
  • 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $84,300 - $116,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
