Job DescriptionAs a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our extensive ATM network. This position will involve a range of critical responsibilities, including the design, development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our ESQ OperationsBridge solution. You will be entrusted with the task of crafting innovative solutions that leverage the OperationsBridge platform for real-time monitoring, incident management, and in-depth analysis, all aimed at enhancing the overall performance and operational capabilities of our ATM systems. In this role, you will be expected to create robust and scalable solutions that address the evolving needs of our ATM network. Your expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing Rest API solutions will be crucial, as these interfaces are fundamental to the seamless integration and functionality of our systems. Additionally, a strong background in Configuration Management is essential. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive configuration management plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency, compliance, and optimal performance within the system. Moreover, you should be capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams, bringing together diverse skill sets to achieve common objectives. A proven track record of handling development projects independently is a must, demonstrating your ability to manage and execute complex tasks with minimal supervision. Prior experience working on banking products, such as Transaction Switching, including ISO8583/ISO20022 message protocols, Point of Sale (POS) systems, Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), and international networks like Visa International, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, and Discover, is essential. Your familiarity with these domains will be instrumental in understanding and addressing the specific challenges and requirements of our ATM network. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,700.00 to 170,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
