Description

Markon is seeking a Business Analyst to support and engineer business process analysis and improvement for a highly cleared IC customer.



Responsibilities

    Assist with the development and monitoring of department and branch level strategic plans;
  • Develop and implement Department Level program management processes, including requirements, resources, schedules, configuration, and risk management processes;
  • Support technical communications and business management efforts within the office and with other stakeholders;
  • Gain adoption, support and buy-in for the team's efforts by conducting training/teaching sessions to help people navigate organization transition.
  • Participate in program-level and organizational program review boards to foster cooperation within and across programs;
  • Assist in collecting information for and drafting department level responses to corporate action tasking through Tasklt;
  • Coordinate schedules, generate minutes, and document action items. As directed. the Contractor shall provide documentation assistance for Sponsor meetings with stakeholders external to the Sponsor;


Qualifications

  • Experience with dept level programmatic activities for the Government as a systems integrator

  • Previous experience supporting planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.

  • Background in capturing information and building strategic presentations and documentation is needed.

  • Experience in work-plan development and progress tracking

  • Experience in a training role or environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Active TS/SCI FS Poly Security Clearance



Salary Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
