JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Dickinson Law's Office of Graduate and International Programs in Carlisle is seeking to hire a graduating Carlisle student for a part-time Programs Assistant opening.

The selected individual will work approximately 20 hours per week, supporting all facets of graduate and international programs, including admissions, student services, event planning, and general office operations.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will hold a law degree (United States or abroad), with preference given to graduates of Dickinson Law's LL.M. program in Carlisle.
  • Will demonstrate strong intercultural communication skills, administrative ability, and a commitment to supporting international students and programs.

This role will run from May 19, 2025, through May 18, 2026, with an hourly pay rate of $14 per hour. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States (e.g., through OPT authorization) and should submit a cover letter and CV for consideration.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
