Join Our Spiro*Verse The Project Manager is responsible for leading and successfully managing all post-sale fabrication and warehouse service projects orders through the production and fulfilment process to meet or beat estimated cost and quality targets. The type of projects managed by a project manager are custom exhibit/tradeshow/museum/retail fabrication, rental, and warehouse services projects which are produced and fulfilled in a fast paced job-shop environment. Project Managers successfully utilize or interact with estimating, ERP, cost accounting, barcode inventory, and CAD/CAM, systems to manage their projects. They are knowledgeable of all GES rental products and can provide rental solutions for a variety of project demands. Project Managers are also knowledgeable of raw and finish materials and custom fabrication techniques and standards. Project Managers lead sales, design, and detailing teams to successful project rental and fabrication solutions. Project Managers organize, plan, for, and use existing client inventory across show programs in an efficient manner. They continually monitor project costs and alert sales and necessary operational departments of potential cost or quality concerns on projects. Project Managers partner will all GES operational departments to ensure project information is communicated in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on achieving project success.
