Overview

Amyx is seeking to hire a Defense Security Cybersecurity Authorization Working Group Specialist for our DOD client at Ft. Meade, MD.



Responsibilities

    Perform duties necessary to plan, arrange, schedule, manage, and take minutes at all DSAWG and CDTAB monthly meetings.
  • Maintain an online presence for DSAWG and CDTAB websites, database, and emails that includes a searchable library of all DSAWG and CDTAB briefings, historical policy materials, reference documents, online action tracking, and contact info for DSAWG and CDTAB representatives, Secretariat staff, ISRMC members, and PAOs.
  • Inform the CDTAB Community of all CDS tickets and requests to be forwarded for consideration at the monthly CDTAB meeting.
  • Responsibilities include following a timeline to produce items needed before a meeting; developing tentative, preliminary, and final agendas; collecting briefings and submissions for review by the membership for decision and information items; and organizing preparatory meetings to finalize DSAWG agenda topics. ublicize deadlines for submitting requests, discussion topics, briefings, and other agenda items for DSAWG and CDTAB meetings.
  • Develop, proofread, and edit/update meeting agendas and supporting materials and make them available to DSAWG and CDTAB members before the meetings.
  • Maintain and create DSAWG and CDTAB briefing formats and templates for presentation to the DSAWG and CDTAB monthly meetings.
  • Document, publish, and distribute all DSAWG and CDTAB monthly meeting minutes, agendas, CDS requests/tickets/annual reviews, decisions, and information briefings being presented at various meetings.
  • Maintain updated DSAWG and CDTAB membership and technical advisors contact list and associated CDTAB NIPRNet and SIPRNet email distribution lists.
  • Develop MSRs for both CDTAB and DSAWG.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information


Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience performing Information Assurance
  • Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
  • DoD 8570 IAM/IAT Level III certification. This will change to a DoD 8140 equivalent once a DISA 8140 policy is released.
