About the Role

We are looking to hire a Senior Account Executive - New Logo Sales in the Pharma industry who will be a key contributor to our sales team. This role involves conducting market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluating customer needs. The individual will actively seek out new sales opportunities and organize regular client meetings to discuss their needs and requirements. They will also negotiate and close deals, as well as handle objections.

Primary Responsibilities and Assignments



  • Responsible for orchestrating the sales process from lead identification through order intake and ensure strategies meet revenue objectives while promoting TeleVox Solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact with accounts and provide updates, forecast, & business reviews to Sales Director.
  • Manage a sales funnel and forecast.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of TeleVox' s solutions and comfortable delivering executive presentations about our solutions.
  • Present a clear and concise value proposition for accounts to purchase solutions from Televox.
  • Build strong relationships and rapport quickly.
  • Proactively manage pipeline, input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion
  • Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies.
  • Drive sales revenue and grow market share in defined market.
  • Achieve quota attainment.


Required Skills and Professional Background



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, information technology, or health related field

    • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirement

  • 5+ years' proven success selling to Pharma or Life Sciences organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability as a closer.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota.
  • Comfortable working both independently and on a team
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and time management
