Test lead with cards and payments domain experience Location: Charlotte, NC Required Qualifications: * BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent * 12+ years of experience in functional and integration testing. * Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in cards and payments domain. Deep functional knowledge of: * Card lifecycle management * Payment processing workflows * Proficient in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, TestRail). * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Roles/Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, design, and execution of functional testing efforts for cards and payments applications. * Review business and technical requirements; translate them into comprehensive and reusable test cases and test scenarios. Validate end-to-end payment flows, including: * Card Issuance and Management (Credit, Debit, Prepaid) * Transaction Processing * Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and regression testing. * Create, maintain, and manage detailed test documentation and defect reports. * Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and product owners to drive standard methodologies for testing. * Provide mentorship to junior testers and help establish testing standards across the team. * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
