SAP S/4HANA Experience
*15+ years' experience in various roles in the planning, design, and implementation of SAP
*In depth experience of SAP MDG stand-alone and embedded in S/4HANA
*Knowledge of master data domains, Material, Supplier, Customer, and Finance
*Proficiency in integrating SAP MDG with SAP systems (ECC/S/4HANA) and legacy platforms
*Experience and exposure to data migration and cleansing in a S/4HANA environment
*Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, with a deep understanding of its regulatory and operational requirements (GxP)
*Understanding of the leading industry business and governance practices in MDG
*Understanding of emerging technologies like SAP MDG on S/4HANA and AI/ML-based data governance tools
*Has a good understanding of the latest and future functionality that SAP has to offer
*Understand the integration with other key functions such as sales, procurement, distribution and finance.

Business Experience and Skills

*Experience in solution design, pre-sales , RFPs, proposals, orals
*Experience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrator.
*Demonstrated cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.
*Excellent communication with clients on both the business and IT side.
*Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
*Demonstrate leadership experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
*Ability to guide and lead a team of specialists in designing, and building the process in SAP, both onsite and offshore.
*Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, namely gain consensus and co-ordinate.
*Lead end-to-end integration of SAP MDG with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and legacy systems
*Ensure data consistency, compliance, and quality in alignment with industry standards
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and translate them into MDG functionality
*Provide guidance on best practices for data governance, master data management, and system integration
*Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues effectively
*Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
