Summer Help, Cuyahoga Hts (College and High School Students Only)

Are you a student looking to work this summer? If so, we may have just the job for you! Our Cuyahoga Heights Steel location is looking for Summer Help for general facility cleaning, painting and additional facility projects. This position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to perform the duties to the highest standard. Please note our facility is not temperature controlled, must be adaptable to work in hot and cold environmental conditions.

Here in Cleveland, we process steel for a variety of customers; mainly working with automotive suppliers. We put our people first and operate under the guiding principle of the Golden Rule- treating others the way we want to be treated. We are a team-oriented culture with development opportunities and the ability for individuals to grow within our organization.

* 1st shift, 7am - 3pm, 4-5 days a week.

* Job duties include painting and cleaning.

* This is a role for college students, recent high school graduates and people looking for summer work only.

Desired Skills & Experience

* Basic reading skills.

* Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work, and be on your feet 8 hours per day.

* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

* Possess knowledge of safety practices.

* Possess a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail.

* Must be 18 years of age or older.

* Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

* Must have reliable transportation to and from work (no walkers/no bikes)
