This Sales role encompasses end-to-end customer sales, advocating for customer intimacy. You will be responsible for selling products, services, and solutions, building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers. This role involves managing customers, partners, and accounts, focusing on a specific target group, products, services, solutions, or territory.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and developing profitable relationships with customers, including multi-geographic customer businesses, or new businesses through direct customer interface for a profiled customer base. This includes implementing a strategy for a specified customer account, products, services, or solutions, managing customer interactions, and driving sales for Nokia's offerings. You will also be responsible for creating sales channels to grow new businesses in completely new prospects/markets and/or existing accounts targeting new revenue streams. This role involves conducting end-to-end business management (sales and delivery) for all customers and opportunities within the responsible scope.

* Accountable for a single medium / small customer across multiple portfolios or specific portfolio, carrying sales targets.
* Identifies and develops business opportunities with customers, in collaboration with pre-sales experts.
* Interacts with key decision makers / contributors within customers, understanding their remit and internal dynamism to increase own effectiveness.
* Coordinates activities among sales and pre-sales experts based on roles defined in relevant processes, in order to win targeted deals.
* Participates in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
* Participates in the LoA process from business and commercial perspective.
* Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
* Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.
* May lead small deals / projects with limited risks and resource requirements. Guides and provides daily coaching to less experiences staff.


  • Customer Relationship Building - must be experienced in establishing trust with the customer and nurturing long-term relationships earning a trusted advisor status for you and the company.
  • Effective Communication & Persuasion - the ability to clearly convey value, listen actively, and tailor sales campaigns to different audiences is key.
  • Market & Product Knowledge - Requires a thorough understanding industry trends, competitor offerings, and product benefits to create compelling sales strategies.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals - Strong knowledge in negotiation tactics and handling objections positively and with confidence are key.
  • Sales is full of ups and downs, staying motivated, learning from failures, and adapting to changes is essential for success.
