The HR Support Services Representative contributes to a positive experience by answering and escalating HR concerns from team members, troubleshooting and resolving issues and collaborating with business partners throughout the company to provide best in class service. Works regularly with confidential information and has access to wage, health and personal information and follows established guidelines to maintains appropriate documentation of all conversations and activity while protecting information. Collaborates with other members of the HR Support Services and Operations teams to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy for each task completed.*Onsite position at corporate office Monday-Friday. Schedule flexibility needed once contact center is running to include Saturdays and/or extended hours in the evening. * What You'll be Doing:
