Job Objective: The Pantry Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the food pantry. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Food pantry or similar experience preferred Certifications/Licenses: Food Handlers' Permit Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: None Physical Requirements: Includes bending and squatting; standing for extended periods of time; walking up and down stairs multiples times daily; lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials up to 40 lbs. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Travel: Local Driving: Driving is required. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Working Conditions: Work is performed in pantry or locations where donations are received.
