Production Associate Line Lead, Memphis TN

Pay Rate: $21.96, with 5% shift differential.

Hiring Night Shift: 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Monday - Friday, overtime on business need.

As a Production Associate Team Leader, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

• Employees will operate one of several automated pieces of equipment to support safe production of product

• Work is typically fast paced in nature

• Work is conducive to people that enjoy working on a team

• Work environment is indoors/factory environment but not air conditioned in the summer; environment is heated during the winter

• Flame-retardant uniforms, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, and Hearing protection are required and provided

• Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers

• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place

Qualifications

• Leadership experience highly preferred

• Bilingual required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred

• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
