As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you leverage your experience to answer our customers' questions and resolve their concerns, creating a positive customer experience and meeting AHFC's goal of providing service excellence. Key Accountabilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to Answer customer questions and resolve problems Process correspondence in an accurate timely manner Perform miscellaneous task as assigned Qualifications, Experience, and Skills High School Diploma required; Associate degree a plus; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience withcustomer service, problem resolution Experience in financial institution strongly preferred. Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel needed.
