Connecting. Growing together. Position Highlights: You will be part of the primary care team collaborating with all interdisciplinary team members and will support multiple providers. The RN is a flexible team member who works alongside nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs). This is a field-based position, visiting members primarily in nursing homes. Standard Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Time; no nights, weekends, or holidays. Location: Bronx Primary Responsibilities: Qualifications - External
