Responsibilities:

Del Monte Foods is seeking applications for seasonal employment at their Rochelle, Illinois facility. We are looking for qualified candidates for a variety of different seasonal positions and departments.

Positions Available:

• Label Line Machine Operator - Checks and loads label bundles into the machine. Ensures the labels used are appropriate for the product running and refills glue barrel.
• Keep open communication with stock controller and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and other appropriate standards.

Qualifications:

Experience and Education Required:

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Work cooperatively with others.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to lift/carry up to and including 50 pounds.

Ability to stand most of the shift.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to climb stairs, stand, stoop, walk, occasionally to frequently.

Must be able to wear protective equipment- Safety steel toe shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest.

Must have the ability to carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
