Cisco Spaces brings together multiple location-based services capabilities in a unified platform and is architected as a zero touch SaaS Cloud product. TechOps team excel in leveraging the scalability and flexibility of Cloud Infrastructure to rapidly respond to changing business needs, operate proactively, and deliver services at scale with high SLA. The team's key mandate is to seek ways to enhance systems operations, with a focus on automation, maintaining pre-defined SLAs, and minimizing cost. The CloudOps team creates processes designed to measure system effectiveness and identify areas for improvement on the Cloud. They are also responsible for identifying, correcting, and enhancing important software tools and dashboards in the cloud environment. CloudOps creates processes intended to monitor the cloud environment health and security, 24x7x365(on-call), within the set Cisco framework, as well as automated processes to provide information on current specifications. Cloud Operations stays abreast of new technologies in the field and provides recommendations to organizational management on new solutions. They also oversee the selection of orchestration tooling, as well as compliance audits and reporting. What you'll Do As a Site Reliability Engineer you will use an array of tools and integrations to deliver suite of foundational services pivotal to Cisco's essential business functions through GitOps. We are looking for an engineer who is proficient in DevOps and GitOps to helm a flexible and adaptable team of multi-skilled engineers responsible for maintaining Cisco Spaces FedRAMP environment. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining and enhancing all aspects of the FedRAMP Cloud and acting as point of contact for the Bangalore CloudOps team. The FedRAMP standards adhere to NIST 800-53 control policies and procedures, with regular self- and external-audits to verify compliance. Responsibilities:

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. |
