Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC) is a dynamic hub for government, business, commerce and the community, in the heart of the nation's capital. As the first and only federal building dedicated to both public and private use, the Reagan Building is the official World Trade Center Washington, DC, featuring a premier conference and events center, executive office space, attractions and exhibits, retail, dining, parking and public programming.

Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company), the exclusive manager of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center on behalf of the U.S. General Services Administration, is looking for an intelligent, energetic, and creative Marketing Intern, for the summer months to help support our marketing efforts for the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.

This person will assist our team members with various advertising, branding and broad promotional campaigns. Activities include, but are not limited to, content development and social media management, research, reporting, creative and conceptual development, media and online engagement, and organizational tasks.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with the scheduling and creation of content for social media platforms
  • Help maintain and update web content and events calendar
  • Support the creation of promotional materials such as collateral, e-blasts, signage, etc.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Support administrative and organizational tasks as needed


Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work independently
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and other online communication platforms
  • Preferred Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Canva, ChatGPT
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field: Marketing, Communication, PR or Business
