Job Title: HR Manager (Aerospace/Manufacturing Background required) Location with zip code: 6650 Top Gun Street, San Diego, CA 92121 Duration: Direct Hire Payrate : $110k/yr. to $120k/yr. on w2 with full benefits Shift Timing: 1st Notes: Bachelor's Degree required. 100 % Onsite. SHRM or equivalent Certification required. Role & Responsibilities: Manages full-cycle recruitment for direct labor manufacturing positions and all temporary positions including managing online systems for applicants, scheduling interviews, interfacing with staffing agencies, hiring managers, and candidate. Maintains time to fill metrics in accordance with site targets. Conducts and documents thorough investigations of employee relations issues. Provides balanced guidance to managers and other stakeholders in resolving employee relations issues and managing low-performing employees Maintains site Training Matrix in preparation for customer audits. Tracks, maintains and manages all items related to Leave of Absences for FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL. Assists with the Open Enrollment process. Coordinates employee engagement events, quarterly all hands meetings, service awards, holiday events, etc. Conducts new hire orientations and exit interviews for all level employees.
