Senior Cloud Reliability Analyst

As a Senior Cloud Reliability Analyst at Epicor, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of customer systems. You will perform tasks associated with the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud applications, as well as mentor other members of the Cloud Reliability team.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyzing application logs and monitoring live production, acting on app log action items and live monitoring alerts.
  • Providing support as a subject matter expert (SME) to groups outside the IT organization.
  • Collaborating with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to develop sound automation solutions.
  • Orchestrating the automation of web application deployments.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize and enable consistent automated deployments.
  • Participating in and leading regular development meetings and high-level strategic meetings.

What you will likely bring:

  • 5+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Ability to work on problems of moderate scope and troubleshoot various software applications.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to energize a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish departmental goals.

What could set you apart:

  • Experience with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with monitoring, maintaining, and patching server operations.
  • AWS experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cosmo DB (Azure tool).

Range:

Minimum: $70,000 USD Maximum: $200,000 USD
